KEMEPOX wash primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KEMEPOX Wash Primer is a two-component, fast-drying primer based on a combination of polyvinyl butyral, phenol and epoxy resins and phosphoric acid acting as an activator. It provides good corrosion protection and compatibility with various types of coatings and, above all, excellent adhesion to virtually all types of metal substrates.
APPLICATION
Each component of the coating is packaged separately. They should be mixed in the prescribed ratio before use.
by weight: A : B = 4 : 1
by volume: A : B = 3.5 : 1
The mixture should be used several minutes after mixing the and before the pot life expiration.
CONSUMPTION
8,7 m²/l for one layer, with dry film thickness of 15 μm.
