KEMOCEL fast-drying varnish
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A coating based on short oil alkyds. It is used for the protection and decoration of primarily metal and wooden surfaces. Because of its special anticorrosion properties, it can be used as an anti-corrosive topcoat. Product is characterized by fast drying, outstanding mechanical properties, is resistant to weathering, oil and mild chemicals.
APPLICATION
Protection of agricultural machinery, attachments, industrial equipment, means of internal transport and other products of the metalworking and electrical industry. On a well-prepared metal surface, it is recommended to first apply the primer, and then KEMOCEL FD topcoat in the desired shade, in two layers by spraying or, exceptionally; in the case of small areas, by brush or roller. For less loaded surfaces, KEMOCEL FD topcoat can be applied directly to the metal as an anticorrosive topcoat.

12-14 m2/l in a single layer on a smooth surface with a dry film thickness of 30 micrometres

DILUENT
Nitro thinner / fast-drying paint thinner.
STORAGING
Store in dry and ventilated areas outside of the direct contact with the sun's rays at a temperature of between +5 °C and +25 °C
COATING
The next layer can be applied after 1 h, the film is completely dry within 4-6 hours. Forced drying: 30 minutes at 60 °C.
