HARDLUX hammerschlag effect varnish
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hardlux Hammerschlag effect varnish is quick drying anticorrosive and decorative coating for metal and wood made based on modified alkyd binder, organic / inorganic pigments and silicone additives.
APPLICATION
ON METAL
Can be applied directly to the metal, but the durability of protection (especially non-ferrous metals) has increased over one coat Kemodur with universal quick drying metal primer before Hardlux Hammerschlag effect varnish. On a firm, dry and clean surface sanded with rough sandpaper is applied by brush, roller or spray (max. diluted to 5%) in several thin layers (especially on vertical surfaces), while respecting the respraying constraints. Thoroughly mix the colour before and during use! Check coverage angles and edges (because of limitations in the coating)!
ON WOOD
To obtain the best effect, it is recommended that wood (especially softwood) previously coated with a layer Kemocel foundation for dry sanding and it within 30 minutes sanded, dusted and protect layer Hardlux Hammerschlag effect varnish. Repairs or possibly another layer Hardlux Hammerschlag effect varnish must be applied within hours after applying the first layer!
