KEMOLUX anticorrosive primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KEMOLUX Metal primer for metal is an air drying air anticorrosive alkyd primer with excellent mechanical properties. The durable stability of this product on the market is indicative of its quality. Its most common use is in consumer applications, due to the relatively simple application and reasonable prices.
APPLICATION
Serves as an anti-corrosive primer for all types of metallic structures and equipment for industry and other metal equipment that are partially or permanently exposed to weathering under normal circumstances. A well prepared metal surface (rust, grease and moisture removed) is applied with a brush, roller, spray or dip in two layers, with an interval of at least 16 hrs. As a finishing coat may used: Kemolux Enamel Varnish, Hardlux Metal effect varnish and Hardlux Professional varnish. For quality protection it is recommended that the primer be applied in two coats to get a dry film thickness of 60 micrometers. The second layer is applied at least 16 hours after applying the first layer. The coating is touch-dry after 3-4 hrs at 20 °C with 65% relative humidity and good ventilation. It is completely dry after 24 hours.

13-14 m2/l a single layer on a smooth surface with a dry film thickness of 30 micrometers.
