KEMOCEL primer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kemocel primer for metal coating is made on the basis of alkyd phenolic resin with the addition of anti-corrosive pigments. It features quick drying, excellent adhesion and good anti-corrosion and mechanical properties.
APPLICATION
It is used as an anticorrosive primer undercoat for protection of iron and steel constructions, in the agricultural machinery industry, for electrical industry products, etc. It should be applied by spraying or using a brush. Usually two coats are applied, the second one within 5-10 minutes, although it is possible to apply it even after a couple of days. When using a brush, the second coat is applied only after the first one becomes completely dry. Use only in rooms with good ventilation!
COVERAGE
10-11 m2 / l in a single layer on a smooth surface, along with a dry film thickness of 30 micrometers.
