HARDLUX DS primer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Thick-film primer coating based on urethane-modified alkyd resin and zinc phosphate as the
anti-corrosion pigment, with additional non-toxic pigments and fillers.

APPLICATION:

High-quality primer coating in alkyd-based systems of protection of iron surfaces, such as iron
constructions, agricultural machinery, etc. The coating features good weather resistance. It is used in
combination with various alkyd top coatings. To ensure optimal protection, we recommend: Manual or
machine surface preparation to St2 according to HRN EN ISO 12944/4. Prior to that, surface should be dry,
clean and degreased. Apply product by airless sprayer; brush or roller can be used for smaller surfaces.

CONSUMPTION:

0,12 l /m² for one coat od 60 μm.

THINNER:

Synthetic thinner.
