PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AQUALUX SHABBY CHIC is a chalky acrylic-polymer based decorative colour for wood surfaces and furniture in the Shabby Chic style.

APPLICATION

Mix colour before use. Apply the colour to a dry and clean surface, sanded and dusted in advance. Apply the coating in one layer in varying directions and thickness to achieve desired appearance. Leave one hour to dry and then gently sand the wanted parts using a fine emery paper so that the surface appears underneath.

DECORATION PROPOSAL

Choose two different Aqualux Shabby Chic shades. Apply the first shade across the surface as the basic coating that will be seen underneath. When it dries, apply the second, contrasting shade in different directions and thickness. Wait one hour before coatings. When the coating is dry, sand over the wanted parts of the surface (edges, protruding parts of furniture) and then protect the surface with the AQUALUX wood stain or AQUALUX varnish. After use, wash equipment in water.
