AQUALUX metal primer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AQUALUX metal primer is an anticorrosive metal coating based on high-quality water-dilutable alkyd
resins, anticorrosion components and pigments. It is applied prior to AQUALUX varnish.

THE PRODUCT IS:
• ecologically acceptable
• non-toxic
• non-flammable

APPLICATION

Surface has to be free of grease, rust and dust. AQUALUX metal primer needs to be well stirred prior to app lic ation! It is applied using a brush or a roller. Thinning is usually not needed, but if necessary it canbe done using tap water (max.5%). If the paint is to be sprayed on, it needs to be thinned so as to obtaina viscosity of 25-30 seconds. . Should avoid working in bright sunlight, and temperatures below +10 °C.

CONSUMPTION

0,25 l /m² for two coats.

2 × AQUALUX anticorrosive metal primer;
2 × AQUALUX varnish

INTERVAL BETWEEN COATS

2-3 hours. After use, wash the tools with water.
