Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. gives great importance to the protection of your privacy. Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. fully implements the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation of the European Union. Please, read our Privacy Protection Rules in order to find out how we collect, process and store information that you provide us with by using the “Contact Us” form on our webpage. We collect various types of information, including information that identifies you as an individual (personal information). This is explained in greater detail below.
What types of information does Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. collect?
When you use our webpage, we can collect data that you decide to share with us. For instance, in the “Contact Us” form you shared some data with us. We can also collect information regarding the device or the IP address you use to access our webpage. When using the form discussed above, we collect data directly from you, such as your name, email address, physical address and telephone number in order to provide you with the requested service.
How do we use the information?
When you share your data with us, we can use the information to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner regarding, for instance, certain products and services or via the “Contact Us” form. We also use the data for purposes of managing and improving our website as well as to analyze internet traffic on our webpage for the purpose of marketing monitoring, i.e. the monitoring of the popularity of individual portions of our webpage.
When you use our services, we can use your data in order to:
- Respond to your inquiry regarding a specific product. For instance, when you send us an inquiry via the contact form, Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. collects the received personal data in order to continue the communication for the purposes of commercial cooperation
- Contact you to respond to your inquiry made via the “Contact Us” form
- When a user visits our webpage and clicks on a certain page, anonymous information about the visits to certain subpages of our webpage are collected (Google Analytics tools)
Cooperation with Third Parties
We will not rent or sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share any personal data of our users with third parties.
Our employees do not have the right to use personal data collected for the purpose of the cooperation between our users and Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o.
Though this is highly unlikely, in case we are issued a court order by a competent judicial body, Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. is obliged to submit the requested data to this body. Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. will take precautionary measures to make sure that the competent body that issued the order truly has legitimate grounds to receive the data.

Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. keeps your personal data safe from unauthorized disposal and access. Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. uses organizational, technical and physical safety measures in order to keep your personal data protected.

Information obtained from these cookies helps us understand how our users use our webpage, for the purpose of improving the quality of the contents on our page and improving the user experience. Accessing and Updating your Personal Data
In order to view and update your personal data or to make sure they are correct, please contact us at info@chromos-svjetlost.hr. Chromos-Svjetlost d.o.o. will do everything in its power to provide you, within 30 days from the day of your request, with access to your personal data, and, if necessary, to modify or completely delete your data. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your request within 30 days, we will inform you about when we will be able to provide you with the access to the data. Though this is highly unlikely, if we are not able to provide you with access to your data, we will inform you about the specific reason why we were unable to do so.

Each inquiry or complaint regarding privacy will be recorded and investigated, and the investigation will yield results. If it is determined that the complaint is justified, all appropriate measures will be undertaken.
